I've never actually been a big fan of the Battlefield series. I did enjoy the Battlefield 3 Multiplayer though (thanks to that Origin Humble Bundle). Overall, I thought that BF3 compared to CoD was more fun in terms of their multiplayer. While CoD put a greater importance on competition and being the absolute best in the entire game, BF3 was more lenient and gave you points for many things be it reviving a team mate, suppression assists etc.

Child of Light: lighting it's way to PS VITA this July
It was just as I predicted and I'm sure many other predicted this as well. There's no way they're releasing a 2D platforming RPG like Child of Light and not include a VITA release. For some reason, I thought it would come a bit later than July, but hey, good for us am I right?

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, Will It Save The Franchise?
Just as I was about to write an article about how Call of Duty has become irrelevant with it's not-so-succesful, latest installment, Call of Duty: Ghosts, I see a trailer for the recently announced CoD: Advanced Warfare.

5 year old, Kristoffer Von Hassel was able to gain access to his father's Xbox Live account by simply typing in the space keys in the verification screen. His father had noticed and they had informed Microsoft about the security loophole.

Why I Don't Post Many News Articles
So by now, many of you readers can tell the kind of format that's expected in this gaming blog of mine. It's the occasional reviews and other opinion articles and from time to time, a news article about something related to the gaming industry. This post doesn't really have much to do with gaming as it has much to do with how I run Gamer Trust.
I made this blog in order to voice my Opinions about certain aspects of a game or something that's happened in the gaming industry. I also made this blog as a way to improve my style of writing reviews and what not. And of course, I made this blog so that I can write game reviews for you readers (which has been a hobby of mine).
Many of you might wonder, if Gamer Trust is suppose to be a gaming blog that's suppose to be updated frequently, why not just put news articles as a steady source of content. Well I too have thought about this and the reason I don't just put out news articles everyday is because it won't represent what Gamer Trust is about. To me, anyone can post a news article about when a game releases or which person left what studio. And to be honest, I should probably do that if I'm to make a blog that's up to date with the happenings of the game industry. But that would be too easy. And like anything that comes easy. Someone would've done it already.
I do post (very few) some news articles about things that I'm truly interested in like the Last of Us movie, but I want the content on this blog to focus on the Opinions of gamers, top 5 lists or top 10 lists, articles that say "why (so-and-so) game is (bla bla)". Articles that I'd want to read and that's exactly what I'm trying to bring to you readers. You might see some more news articles, or maybe not. But one thing's for sure, I will be writing and posting about things that I'd be interested in as a gamer.
This was quiet the random post but I feel like I should bring it up just to let you guys know how Gamer Trust does things. If you think I should post more news-related articles or just keep it the same! Comment below.

Last of Us Movie In Development
One of the most critically acclaimed (I tend to say that a lot about Naughty Dog or Last of Us) games of 2013 that came out exclusively for the PS3 might make it to a theater near you!

Loadout Gets Asia Server!

Loadout, A third-person online shooter was released early this year (finally) and since then, the game has been one of the more popular in the steam. I guess what makes it so popular is that it's a unique free to play game because it's not Pay-To-Win. It really isn't. You only use real money to buy your character better clothes or funnier taunts.

Welcome
Welcome to Gamer Trust. Why's it called that? Because. Gamer Trust is the place where you can find reviews of old and upcoming games and not to mention other shenanigans like First Impression articles and the occasional editorial or opinion piece.
I grew up being a big fan of games and have since owned a plethora of consoles (plethora is a slight exaggeration) ranging from the ps1 to the xbox 360 (okay, plethora is a huge exaggeration). Gamer Trust is something I've made one night because I had a lot of games that I'm playing and since I was just wasting my time away playing these games. It would be a good idea to write a reviews for these games. Occasionally, I'm prone to the editorial or opinion pieces which are -- to me -- what make game news and game journalism in general very interesting to read/watch/listen to.
So to you readers who have stumbled upon Gamer Trust, I just wish you a warm welcome and hope that the articles that I put time in are useful or entertaining. Feel free to drop a comment telling me what you guys think about the website.
Peace! :)
